Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the coffee industry, and a hunger for success.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the coffee industry, including partnerships, retail channels, and wholesale accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the coffee or food & beverage industry.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
* Strong understanding of the coffee industry, including market trends and key players.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self‐motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to think strategically and make data‐driven decisions.
* Willingness to travel as required.
