ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our products, driving adoption, engagement, and retention across our customer base. You will own the messaging, positioning, and creation of marketing materials for new products and feature launches, including webinars, email campaigns, product collateral, and more. You’ll also partner closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to shape and deliver a cohesive product communications strategy that keeps our customers engaged and delighted. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute product marketing plans, including website content, product collateral, direct campaigns, and presentations. Create compelling marketing content—blogs, case studies, white papers, and downloadable assets—that clearly communicates our value proposition and drives product adoption and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product positioning and messaging. Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to effectively target campaigns and messaging. Lead product launches, feature releases, and positioning initiatives to maximize engagement with our core customers. Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and resources to support commercial teams. Contribute to events and demand generation initiatives as required. SALARY The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 superannuation. ABOUT YOU You are an experienced Product Marketing Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial, values-driven environment. You have a genuine passion for technology, a curiosity to continuously learn, and a strong drive to succeed. A strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, you naturally build rapport with stakeholders and enjoy collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals. You bring: Experience working with business software, ideally in school management or education technology. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related discipline. 5–8 years of professional experience in product marketing roles. Hands-on expertise across a wide range of marketing channels (in-app, email, blogs, social media, websites, digital campaigns, videos, and events) with a clear understanding of how to leverage each to meet business objectives. Proficiency with CRM/email platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Excellent written communication skills, capable of creating clear, compelling, customer-facing messaging. A strong insight-driven approach to understanding your customer base and tailoring strategies accordingly. Outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and presentation abilities.
