What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Python-heavy environments. Deep knowledge of AWS, including hands-on work with Lambda and serverless frameworks. Passion for clean code, design patterns, and scalable systems. Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business conversations.
