Job Responsibilities: Review equipment system design, FAT, SAT, installation/validation, and IOQ. Coordinate maintenance activities including preventive, corrective, and calibration management. Manage Maximo system as administrator. Oversee supplier and third-party vendor management. Create and update SOPs and other operational documentation to ensure GMP compliance. Facilitate quality deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes. Act as SME during regulatory and customer audits. Lead maintenance-related budgets and site projects, managing subcontractors. Implement site-wide EHS procedures and promote safety and quality culture. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering. Knowledge of GMP, Clean rooms, HVAC, Data integrity, and digitalization in sterile manufacturing. Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management. Preferred Skills: Experience with CQV (commissioning, qualification, validation). Operational excellence, lean methodologies, energy-saving initiatives.
