Asset Performance Supervisor Role
As an Asset Performance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and cost-effective management of Housing Portfolio assets. This includes planning and managing inspections, services, and performance programs, as well as coordinating the development of quarterly maintenance works programs.
Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and contractors, ensuring effective contract management and resolving project conflicts or delivery issues promptly. In addition, you will oversee estimating and negotiation processes with contractors, ensuring compliance with government standards and initiating abatement action for substandard work.
This role requires a deep understanding of residential property maintenance, experience in managing program of works, and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage inspections, services, and performance programs.
* Coordinate the development of quarterly maintenance works programs.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
* Ensure effective contract management and resolve project conflicts or delivery issues promptly.
* Oversee estimating and negotiation processes with contractors.
* Ensure compliance with government standards and initiate abatement action for substandard work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification and/or sound construction/building maintenance and/or building construction experience/exposure.
* Field inspection experience and measurement of performance against standards.
* Experience in residential property maintenance.
* Experience in managing program of works.
* Experience in managing staff.
* Desirable – experience in compliance inspections of building essential services.

While a flexible working arrangement is offered, some office work will be required. Therefore, to be considered for this role, you would need to live in NSW or be relocating to NSW.
