The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager we are seeking an ambitious and motivated salesperson to join the team in our Wodonga Branch – VIC. You will need to be customer‐service focused, open to learning, and career‐mindful.
Duties include
* Assist with customer enquiries face‐to‐face and over the phone
* Counter sales including customer development
* Follow up and provide notification of outstanding orders
* Maintain a professional store presentation
* Assist with receipt and dispatch of products
* Pick, pack and deliver orders to customers
* Stock management including purchasing / inventory management
* Raise quotations and provide quotation follow‐up
* Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies
* Contribute to continuous improvement

* Competent PC skills
* Professional personal presentation
* Customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Willing to learn new skills
