Brief Summary of the Role: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to provide clinical leadership to all team members to ensure that person centred care is planned, implemented, evaluated and maintained at a high standard.
The ANUM acts as a professional and clinical role model for all team members and demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and skills while assuming a management focus in the department. The ANUM is an integral member of the departments management and leadership team. Rotation roster
All shifts including night shift ________________________________________ ________________________________________ Relevant Skills or Experience Needed: Registered nurse with current registration Currently working as an ANUM Resus and triage qualified with TRAK experience Post graduate nursing qualification in Emergency Nursing Strong clinical background, good communication skills Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
