OGP holds a strong reputation as a specialist in childcare centre construction as well as residential projects and NDIS housing. Our growing portfolio is diversifying rapidly to create opportunities for a new Project Manager to join our skilled team.
This is a full-time, role for a Project Manager based in Werstern Sydney, NSW. Working mainly from our head office in Arndell Park, the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction management of multiple projects, accross residential and commericial sectors.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Managementis preferred
* Minimum 12 months+ experience as a Project Manager on either residential or commercial projects
* Proficiency in inspection processes to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Ability to communicate effectively with site personnel, executive management and other stakeholders
* Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, along with inherint attention to detail
* Proven track record in working on multiple construction projects at one time
* Ability to travel between office and site, and accross regions as required
