In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of all hardware and software for the department's clients and participate in **project-based activities** within the ICT Branch or the Department.
This **Government Organisation** provide testing, assessment, certification, moderation and training services to the education sector. This role offers flexibility to WFH 1-2 days per week and is located close to public transport.
**Windows 10** support, able to work collaboratively in a small team, maintain the online hardware & software inventory and ensure there is a high level of customer service at all times.
Main responsibities include installing, maintaining and supporting hardware and software for the client's technology as well as record, monitor, complete and document Desktop Support jobs and resolution within the ICT branch helpdesk management system.
**Desirable Skills and Requirements**:
- Experience with Windows 10 SOE, SCCM, Office 365 & Active Directory
- Knowledge of mobile device technologies and HP Desktops & Laptops
- Knowledge of Adobe products including Creative Cloud
- Exposure to IP Telephony phone systems
