They are seeking to employ a Group Service Manager to oversee this area of their business. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. Trading is Monday to Friday only. You will be managing three franchises, 6 service advisors and 45-50 ROs' per day. Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent dealership experience as a large operation Service Manager or Group / General Service Manager. You will have well honed financial, people handling, organizational and management skills, be able to motivate your staff to achieve their highest potential, and have strong drive and energy. You will also be totally reliable and be seeking a satisfying career position. Salary will consist of a retainer around $120k (negotiable according to experience,), super, commission structure expected to exceed $100k and company vehicle.
