We have the exciting opportunity for Multiple Zone Supervisors to join the leadership team at Country Road Group Omni Fulfillment Centre on day shift.
Be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned department within the Zone. The role ensures that operational deliverables are achieved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budgeted and engineered KPIs, and WHS requirements. The Supervisor provides frontline leadership to team members, drives productivity and service excellence, and supports the Zone Manager with performance management, recruitment training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
* Take direct, hands‐on responsibility for leading a team of frontline operators, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with standards
* Be physically present on the floor throughout shifts, working alongside the team to provide visible leadership, support, and guidance.
* Provide clear daily direction, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure operational priorities are achieved.
* Giving direct feedback, coaching, and on‐the‐spot correction to drive performance and maintain discipline.
* Owning the hands‐on training for new starters during recruitment drives and seasonal peaks, ensuring they are competent and confident in role expectations quickly.
* Identify and act on small, practical improvements in workflow and processes that can be immediately applied at the team level.
* Take personal responsibility for embedding a strong safety culture by consistently modelling safe behaviours.
Key Capabilities
* Relevant leadership experience in warehousing or manufacturing industry
* Understanding of warehouse systems (WMS, RF scanning, basic reporting).
* Skilled in leading and motivating a team, strong communication and interpersonal skills
