Solicitor or Associate Wills & Estates Litigator

You will handle a diverse mix of matters, including Wills, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation, and provide expert advice and high-quality service to a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities
Interview clients and take detailed instructions with empathy and professionalism.
Draft and amend a range of documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives.
Manage estate administration files from start to finish.
Prepare and manage contested estate and litigation matters, including Family Provision claims.
Conduct legal research, prepare court documents and assist in the resolution of disputes.
Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
Delegate and supervise tasks within the team, providing guidance to junior staff.
Work collaboratively to deliver timely and strategic outcomes for clients.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years PAE practising in Wills, Estates and/or Litigation law.
Experience in Wills (simple and complex), Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives and Estate Administration.
Exposure to or experience in Estate Litigation, including contested Wills and Family Provision matters.
Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple files effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
