mtime is looking for responsible family assistants to care for families across the Greater Sydney area.
A standard shift runs from 3 -5 hours, so this is perfect if you are responsible for school drop offs and pick ups
We are looking for a minimum 10 - 15 hours per week availability from Monday to Friday, between 7am to 7pm, where you can choose the times that work for you.
Wanting more than 15 hours? We can build you a roster with the hours you want in the times you want.
Your role and responsibilities involve assisting families with cooking, (light) cleaning, chores, and childcare.
Think about the tasks you do in your own home throughout the week - this is what you'll be supporting our busy families with on a consistent weekly schedule.
This means working with the same families, on the same days, at the same time, every week.
If you are able to demonstrate two years of personal or professional experience looking after a home and children, you can become a family assistant with us
Are you a parent? A grandparent? Auntie or Uncle? Have you worked with children professionally? We value all backgrounds your experience could be from.
**You must be willing to obtain and submit these documents**:
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- A Recent Police Check (No older than 3 months)
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011/12)
- Proof of your working rights in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport)
- Provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
You must also be willing to provide one reference who can provide evidence of your experience looking after children.

Please note we do **not **offer sponsorship for overseas applicants, and do not hire high school students.

Both families & moncierges are asked to follow the current government guidelines regarding wearing of masks while working in the home. In addition daily check-ins are in place allowing anyone feeling unwell, showing symptoms or needing a test to cancel.
