CMS Onsite Services is seeking enthusiastic Cleaners and Building Caretakers to join our team based in Adelaide, South Australia. We have casual, part‑time, and full‑time roles that offer flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Cleaner and Building Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment for our clients.
What you'll be doing
* Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
* Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Ensure all communal areas, restrooms and kitchens are kept clean and tidy.
* Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a cleaning or caretaker role, preferably within the high‑rise residential & commercial sectors.
* A minimum of 6 months of previous cleaning or caretaker experience is required.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proven customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Must be available for mixed shifts, including early mornings, regular days, and some weekends where required.
* Australian work rights are required for these positions.
