Reporting to the GM of Human Resources and located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking a HRBP to support primarily our Victorian Distribution Centre and WA Operations. The HRBP is a trusted partner to ARB's leaders who provides timely and practical advice on people related matters to improve performance, support change implementation, manage business risk, assist in decision making and support the achievement of short term and strategic outcomes.
With a generalist remit, your role will cover employee and industrial relations, human capital management, performance management, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, injury management, and safety and wellbeing.
**To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes**:

- Experience in a HR business partnering or operations related role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within the organisation.
- Sound employee relations experience with exposure to industrial relations.
- The ability to coach and upskill managers to build capability and enhance employee performance.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
