Central West Cardiology are seeking a full time Medical Receptionist whose approach aligns with our company values of Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration and Excellence. The Role
In this role, the successful candidate will:
Be the first point of contact with our patients providing them with exceptional front of house customer service.
Maintain and manage the diary for our team of doctors and clinicians including scheduling medical examinations, testing and consultation appointments.
Manage patient records and update as required.
Be responsible for invoicing, Medicare billing, receipting and daily banking reconciliation.

Qualifications and Experience
Previous medical receptionist or similar experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple doctors at once, problem solving and time management skills
Experience using Genie software or similar practice management software (desirable but not essential)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
A professional and caring manner.
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
