We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Account Manager to join our Bell Potter Capital Team based in Melbourne. You will work alongside Senior Account Manager's to deliver services to our clients, advisers and dealer groups.
Key responsibilities will include:
On-boarding new clients
Review of applications and associated information
Verification of transaction instructions
Production and dissemination of client communications
Continued development of relationships with existing clients
On-going education of clients and advisers
Responsible for ensuring that we meet our continuing regulatory obligations
Strong emphasis on ensuring the team follows policies and procedures.
Required skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven analytical skills.
Suitable for a recent graduate or individual with 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
An understanding of the financial product landscape in Australia
The ability to successfully balance competing requirements (growth, regulatory, client service, quality)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A strong desire to learn and innovate.
