Account Services Professional
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Services Professional. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring seamless campaign operations, and maintaining regular communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, reliable, and friendly service to all clients.
* Evaluate and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure campaign operations are smooth.
* Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, business reviews, and client entertainment.
* Develop knowledge of industry trends and their impact on clients.
Campaign Management
* Pre-campaign: Conduct quality assurance of pre-campaign documents, project manage build of creative assets, and manage creative tag trafficking.
* Campaign activation: Request and deliver screengrabs, ensure client reporting setup, monitor pacing and performance of campaigns, and request campaign upweights when necessary.
* End of campaign: Manage and deliver post-campaign reporting and insights, and re-book BAU activity.
Administrative Support
* Manage CRM (Salesforce) - IO management and understanding of sales pipeline.
* Reconcile bookings where necessary.
* Support investigation and resolution of invoice queries.
Technical Support
* Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels.
* Understand Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium).
* Troubleshoot campaign issues with support from the Account Services Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ years in an advertising/media agency or similar.
* Experience working in a team environment.
* Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/Sales Support/Ad-Ops background).
* High attention to detail.
* Reliability.
