This setting is intimate, elegant and welcoming, whilst accommodating 180 covers. You will support the Restaurant Manager to manage your large team to be confident, friendly, and knowledgeable in the delivery of classical grill A la Carte and TDH menus with a focus on local ingredients.Table side theatre and sommelier service delivered with flair will ensure Cameron Grill’s prominent role in delivering our vision to be Scotland’s leading 5resort.As F&B Supervisor your scope will be to support the Cameron Grill Manager team by leading your shift and overseeing in the day-to-day performance of the team.Key responsibilities include :Proficiency in the tasks of Food and Beverage Assistant, including mise en placeCleanliness, setting tables, taking orders, service of food and drinks, billing and paymentsLeading daily briefings and handoversOrganising the daily workload, delegating tasks, and coordinating breaksMonitoring performance via checklists and SOPsProviding feedback and undertaking informal counselling to support improved performanceSupporting the team with any shift challengesOn-the-job training of new employeesHandling and resolving guest feedbackDepartmental requisitionsBilling queries, adjustments, and recoveriesCash ups and bankingWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :We recruit people with widely varying personalities from different walks of life and backgrounds.
