* Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions to the team.

* Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and services.

* Collaborate with the management team to set performance goals and track therapist performance.

* Ensure Beauty PTs are competent and engaged in delivering excellent service standards.

* Provide regular and balanced feedback to all team members.

* Maintain minimal staff downtime effectively.

* Oversee training compliance within the clinic.
">
* Manage stock and supplies for all retail and professional purposes.

Your Qualifications & Skills
">
">
* Previous experience in managing a spa or salon environment.
">
* Holding a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with industry experience.
">
* Able to motivate and lead teams to achieve high performance.
">
* Demonstrated ability to meet and maintain KPIs for retail and service areas.
">
* Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
">
* Highly organized and effective time management skills.
">
* Ability to receive and act on feedback while exhibiting a growth mindset.
