Overview
The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the end-to-end strategic and operational management of a commercial property portfolio. This role leads client and tenant relationships, drives building performance, ensures compliance, oversees contractors and facilities management, and produces best-practice reporting, budgeting and asset plans to improve long-term returns.

Required Experience & Qualifications
* 6+ years commercial property management experience (multi-tenant assets preferred)
* Demonstrated portfolio leadership with complex stakeholders
* Strong lease interpretation and commercial acumen
* Budgeting, forecasting and reporting capability
* Real estate qualification/licence (as required by state legislation)
* Strong working knowledge of WHS / compliance (essential services, OHS, contractor management)
