Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified butcher
* Previous leadership or management experience
* Able to train and develop staff members
* Strong understanding of retailing principles and local market trends
* Ability to control costs and optimize profitability
* Holding a valid Food Safety Certificate
