Role Summary:


Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and/or services to meet customer needs.

* Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs.
* Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
* Research and interpret parts requirements.
* Place machine down and stock orders.
* Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with delivery to proper inventory locations.
* Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
* Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
* Follow up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
* Maintain current product knowledge.
* Participate in sales training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in construction, forestry and agricultural parts desired.
* A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills.
* Basic knowledge of data entry and machinery.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Ability to follow safe work environment procedures and operations.
* Forklift license preferred (we can help you with this).
