Senior Sales Manager - SydneyBlis is seeking a highly experienced candidate for the role of Senior Sales Manager to join our expanding team. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Regional Director - ANZ, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of market experience, a strong contact list, and established relationships within the Independent Media Agencies sector.The successful candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the advertising market, including digital and OMNI channel solutions.Most importantly, the candidate should be capable of sourcing significant new business, developing strong client relationships, managing a robust pipeline, and delivering the high-quality service Blis is known for.Key responsibilitiesLeverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline across the Blis product setTarget media agencies and their clients, including agency planners, strategists, and programmatic teams - Independent Media AgenciesConvert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to meet business targetsCreate and lead sales presentations for agencies, clients, and internal teamsBecome an expert on Blis USPs and platform best practices, providing strategic insights to clientsDevelop and execute quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting and pipeline managementCreate market-leading solutions and presentations for clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer serviceParticipate actively in team strategy, sales meetings, and initiativesCollaborate with Marketing & Insights teams to implement outreach plans for agenciesMentor and support junior team membersSkills and ExperienceOver 5 years of digital media sales and account management experienceProven sales cycle management from prospecting to closingExpertise in digital media, advertising, programmatic media, and data productsExperience with OMNI channel offerings including pDOOH, CTV, Digital Audio, and DigitalExisting relationships within IMAA and ability to leverage industry contacts for growthUnderstanding of media strategist, planner, and buyer needs (online & offline)Current utilization of digital & omni-channel budgets from media agenciesConfident presenter to both small and large audiencesTrack record of closing deals and achieving targetsTeam-oriented attitude in a dynamic environmentAbout usBlis is a geo-powered advertising technology company offering a unique omnichannel solution based on geography rather than identity.
