Working directly with the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in that journey. This is a hands-on position where you'll own month-end, oversee the integrity of the financial and help build the processes, controls and governance needed to support the next stage of growth. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and ongoing systems and process improvements. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a visible impact rather than operating in a highly silo-ed environment. Key responsibilities include; Ownership of month end close and continuous improvement of process Produce timely and accurate financial reporting for internal review Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support commercial decision making Work with the existing systems to optimise process and champion efficiencies We're interested in people with: Financial Accounting experience in an SME, scale-up or technology environment Strong month-end and financial reporting capability A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to improve processes CA/CPA qualification (or near completion) Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems (advantageous) We're deliberately keeping an open mind on profile.
