As the Marketing & Events Coordinator you will be managing all events from end to end, in store activation's, off site events and trade shows. You will have experience in copy writing, content creation and a love of event planning. No two days will be the same and you will be working in a fun, collaborative environment.
You will be joining a brand 55 years young who inspire creativity daily and ensuring that their customers have the best tools, products and knowledge for their projects. Having strong organisational skills, a drive to succeed and being able to handle multiple projects is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end event management - planning, delivery, and execution of events
- Help establish a regular workshop & event schedules for the brand
- Responsible for the day-to-day support and coordination of the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Develop campaign assets and marketing collateral working with internal departments and external agencies
- Create strategies to continue growth for the business
- Manage sponsorship agreements and seek out and recommend sponsorship's and events
- Grow business exposure through physical and digital channels
You will have:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, or related field
- Experience working in events; coordination and execution
- Be self-motivated, proactive and the ability to work independently able to meet deadlines at a fast pace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copy writing and attention to detail
- Experience managing the production of marketing materials and working with graphic designers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Experience in the Retail Industry preferred
- Driver's license
- Full Australian work rights
