About the Role
* The iconic Big Banana is seeking a Cafe Manager for our Licensed Going Bananas Café and Ice Creamery
* Responsible for motivating, developing and leading a large team
* Create a culture that delivers the highest standard of Customer Service
* Monitor food standards to ensure that it is presented & served in line with the companies high standards
* Ensure the business meets the highest health & safety standards
* Monitoring of deliveries, inventory & orders
* Implementing and improving systems and standards
About You
* Experience in hospitality management (3 year minimum)
* The Café Manager manages all day-to-day operations, to ensure a smooth running of the business. You will bring a friendly, positive and energetic attitude that is contagious to your team
* Hold a current NSW RSA
* A passionate professional who loves working "hands on" in hospitality & working with a diverse group of people
* An ability to coach, develop, manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
* An ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers
* Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Possess strong barista skills
