About the role
As a result of internal promotion and movements within the team, we have two exciting opportunities to join our high-performing WA team. One role will focus on servicing a combination of metro & regional north WA, servicing both on and off premise customers, and the second will service on-premise customers and key on-premise ownership groups within the metropolitan area.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales & distribution targets, executing trade marketing programs & ultimately delivering category growth through effective management of your territory.
About you
To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have:
* A thorough understanding of all elements of the local liquor industry
* Significant sales experience and customer relationship management
* The ability to identify in-store sales growth and new business opportunities
* Capability to build & develop customer relations
* Experience in achieving a high level of merchandising standards
* The knowledge, understanding, and ability to interpret & leverage category data / consumer insights to support brand development
* High-level of interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Proven ability to effectively prioritise workload and territory planning to meet business expectations & deadlines
* Be a genuine self-starter who can assimilate into a team environment and also work autonomously
