Our boutique Studio Pilates Middle Ridge Toowoomba is looking to appoint a passionate and customer focused assistant Sales Consultant and marketing on a part time basis hours per week. As Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the growth of Studio Pilates Middle Ridge. You will be energetic and driven to share your love for Studio Pilates and the health and wellness benefits of Pilates.
In this role, you will work closely with the Studio Manager and Franchisee to:
● Spearhead and drive studio sales alongside management
● Manage and implement local marketing campaigns alongside others
● Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
● Be confident to call unconverted leads on a daily basis and regularly contact both current and lapsed clients to increase studio client retention and sales
* Must be confident in marketing and comfortable approaching local businesses in the community to build strong collaborations and partnerships
The perfect candidate for this role will:
● Have previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not necessary
● Have a positive "can-do" attitude, a passion for helping people and building strong relationships
● Ideally have experience with a range of software systems, such as Word, Excel, Google Docs, Gmail and MindBody Online.
● Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
This is a very busy and fast-paced role that requires you to be excellent at multitasking, have great interpersonal skills, be exceptionally organized, diligent and have the ability to think on your feet.
As a sales Consultant, you will receive a competitive hourly rate and a commission structure that will adequately reflect your efforts and success in achieving set targets. As a bonus you will enjoy unlimited reformer Pilates classes at Studio Pilates Middle Ridge
Ideally you will work approximately hours per week, filling in when needed for staff away occasionally (this can be negotiated for the right candidate).
