Importantly we consistently put the customer first and by doing so we focus on providing high quality customer service; this delivers improvements to the customer's journey, which will generate enhanced profitability.The roleThe Senior Business Development Manager is pivotal in driving and accelerating our new business acquisition strategy, focusing on targeting and securing large, high-value accounts across key segments including Banking and Financial services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hunting new logos, exceptional charisma, and the ability to influence and inspire both clients and the sales team.What You Will DoIdentify and target high-value prospects and new logos within our marketDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseProvide accurate and timely sales forecasting, through effective use of CRMBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including executive and C-level contactsLead negotiations and close deals with large accountsCollaborate with PS, Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approachStay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunitiesProvide mentorship and guidance to team membersWhat We Are Looking ForExtensive experience in business development or sales, with a focus on large account acquisitionProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsSelf-motivated and driven to succeedExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCharismatic leader with the ability to inspire and motivate othersExperience in BFSI requiredKnowledge of AML/CTF regulations in Australia or New Zealand (preferred but not essential)Demonstrated ability to quickly build a high level of trust with prospects and internal stakeholdersTo find out moreAs an equal opportunity employer, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
