* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend appropriate actions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* At least 5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Knowledge of HR best practices, Australian employment laws, and regulations

* Strong business acumen and ability to understand business objectives

* Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

* Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage HR data and metrics

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
