Risk Principal
to join a high-performing Program Controls & Assurance team. In this role, you will provide first-line risk management support across a major program, ensuring robust risk processes, clear governance, and effective stakeholder engagement.

About the Role
Reporting to the Risk Lead, you will play a key role in guiding the program through effective risk identification, assessment and reporting. You'll provide assurance oversight to delivery partners, support internal risk routines, and contribute to building capability across the broader program.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery partners in meeting risk management requirements.
* Guide the program in identifying, assessing and recording material and non-material risks.
* Manage and facilitate program risk review routines and cadence.
* Develop, review and maintain risk documentation and governance materials.
* Prepare internal risk reporting and support decision-making.
* Assist Critical Control Owners in conducting Control Effectiveness Testing (CET).
* Drive continuous improvement opportunities within risk management practices.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
* Actively participate in field leadership activities.

* Demonstrated experience in risk management within projects or programs.
* Knowledge of recognised risk standards (e.g., ISO

* Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
