Think pristine beaches, world class fishing, and a friendly welcoming community – all with the bonus of a short commute and a relaxed lifestyle.Surrounded by rugged ranges, coastal beauty, and national parks like Millstream-Chichester, Karratha offers access to stunning trails, ancient rock art, and unique phenomena like the Staircase to the Moon.In this role, you'll use your field based experience to review defects, plan and schedule works, and help keep our distribution network running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute comprehensive maintenance packages for distribution network assetsCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure maintenance tasks are executed on schedulePerform routine inspections and evaluations of network infrastructure to detect issues and recommend solutionsAssess inspection outcomes and determine corrective measures to uphold network integrityMaintain accurate asset data using systems such as Ellipse and AppianAnalyse maintenance records to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvementOffer technical expertise and support to Works Delivery TeamsPartner with Operations and Business units to ensure risks and hazards are effectively reported and managedWhat You Bring To The TeamWe're looking for someone with distribution experience and a project management skillset who can also provide accurate reporting.
Including:Strong background in maintenance scheduling and executionProven experience in maintenance planning within the power distribution sectorSolid field-based experience in an electrical or utilities environmentHands-on knowledge of 19.1kV, 11kV, and 33kV distribution networksPractical experience in electrical maintenance environmentsFamiliarity with financial planning and cost control practicesProject management experience would be highly regardedBlue/White Card (WorkSafe Construction Safety Awareness Training)Preparing clear, accurate reports to keep stakeholders informedHow to apply / Additional detailsHelp shape a network that powers progress.
