Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, review, and integration of electrical distribution and control systems.
* Provide expertise across power, automation, and site services infrastructure.
* Oversee project delivery from design through to commissioning.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their professional growth.
* Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful delivery.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* At least 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or large infrastructure projects.
* Demonstrated ability to lead project delivery from design through to commissioning.
* Strong understanding of reliability, asset management, and operational requirements in project delivery and consulting environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
