Responsibilities
Achieve all sales objectives by maximizing opportunities with every customer.
Manage a highly professional, motivated, and efficient sales team.
Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales.
Ensure industry‑leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
Ensure all FCA regulations are adhered to at all times.
Accurately forecast departmental sales.
Ensure all vehicles are supplied to fleet users within the company pricing structure.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong people‑management skills.
Understanding of systems and processes.
Financial acumen.
Excellent time management.
Positive knowledge of FCA regulations.
