New Homes Sales Associate

THE POSITION
At Desire Homes, we focus on creating an encouraging and information filled environment to sell our homes. You will be required to help generate and manage potential sales leads. This position is a full time sales associate role. There is no experience required for this position, full personalised training will be offered for the right candidate however you do need to be available to work every weekend and public holidays. Some key responsibilities of this role include:
* Assist as a sales associate in our stunning and highly popular new Display Home in the Everleigh Estate at Greenbank
* Create a personable and professional relationship with the client to assist in creating leads for our sales team
* Assist in maintaining the day-to-day running of the display homes, ensuring that they are kept at an extremely high level at all times
* Assist our sales team with communicating with clients through face to face communication and electronically
* Create imagery in Canva and assist with social media content/marketing
* Provide an exceptionally high level of personalised customer service
* Sales and general administration duties to help and assist the rest of the team as much as possible
YOUR CAPABILITIES
In order to be successful in this role, you must:
1. Have a strong interest in new home sales and administration
2. Be well presented
3. Warm, friendly, helpful and cooperative with excellent communication skills
4. Be reliable, honest, flexible and self-motivated with excellent work ethics
5. Be able to work closely with other team members to achieve the desirable outcome and have the ability to work with minimal supervision to manage your own work flow
6. Understand our protocols and approach to new home sales/administration and be able to adapt to our procedures
7. Confident with software and possesses solid computer skills including accurate keyboard and with your resume and cover letter.
