Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support and mentor operational staff including trades, apprentices, and admin teams
* Oversee scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation to maximise productivity
* Maintain strong communication between crews, clients, suppliers, and management
* Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and customer experience
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
About You
You will bring strong leadership and operational management experience, ideally within construction, roofing, trades, or similar fast-paced industries. You are confident managing people, juggling competing priorities, and maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
