THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a top opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a high-performing, fully booked private practice in Rockhampton.
With one of the region's best reputations and a consistently full appointment book (3+ weeks in advance), they've reached a point where we're turning new patients away.
The last 3 months averaged 100+ new patients per month come through alone, predominantly from word-of-mouth and the reputation that has been built. The practice has stopped marketing altogether, and demand continues to grow.
We're looking for someone ethical, confident in their diagnosis and treatment planning, and efficient with their time and delivery, someone who upholds the standard of care the practice is known for.
You'll join a supportive team including a Principal Dentist and an Oral Health Therapist, with the opportunity to take on a wide scope of general dentistry and more.
