Bricklaying Apprenticeship
This opportunity allows you to develop skills in bricklaying under the guidance of experienced supervisors. As a Bricklayer Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in laying bricks, pre-cut stone, and other building materials while pursuing a Certificate III in Bricklaying.
* Lay bricks in rows, patterns, and designs, ensuring correct spacing and alignment.
* Cut, shape, and polish bricks and stones using hand tools and power equipment.
* Verify the horizontal and vertical alignment of construction projects throughout.
Essential Requirements
* Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
* Hold a valid driver's licence.
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
* Maintain punctuality and a strong work ethic.
* Utilize initiative and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Hold a current White Card or obtain one prior to commencement.
* Achieve physical fitness levels necessary for manual labor tasks.
