Enterprise Software Engineer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Software Engineer to join our team. As an EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional software support to our users.
You will leverage enterprise tools, remote access, and phone support to ensure seamless service within agreed SLAs. Your primary objective will be to provide Tier 1/2 support for PC and software issues in a Windows environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Troubleshoot and maintain PCs, ensuring smooth operation across Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
* Perform in-place upgrades, clean installs, and routine maintenance.
* Analyze root causes for recurring software issues.
* Utilize incident management tools to track and resolve tickets.
* Offer user support, training, and basic LAN administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous Service Desk or Desktop Support experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with desktop/LAN and printer troubleshooting.
* Ability to perform root-cause analysis of software issues.
* Proficiency with incident management tools.
