Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our engagement with government clients across Queensland.

This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney, with an expectation to work between Thales sites and the customer, or remotely from Sydney Olympic Park with an expectation to travel regularly.

Your Impact:

* Lead high-profile portfolios of enterprise and government accounts in Queensland, delivering on sales and revenue targets.
* Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address unique needs of government and enterprise customers.
* Manage every stage of the sales process from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Build strong relationships at the executive level, positioning Thales as a trusted partner in digital security.
* Provide accurate forecasts and strategic account plans using Salesforce.com.

What You Bring:

* A well-rounded sales skills set across both account management and winning new business.
* 5+ years of proven success in enterprise/government sales, with a focus on cybersecurity technology solutions.
* Experience managing major accounts within Queensland, ideally with a deep understanding of the local enterprise and government landscape.
* A consistent record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
