The Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background. This is a career opportunity for someone wanting to grow within the Genesis Group of Clubs and be developed into an outstanding leader.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
* Achieve sales targets
* Manage and motivate a team
* Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
* Assist the CGM in implementing an annual sales and marketing planner
* Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
* Provide exceptional customer service to members
* Assist the CGM in implementing retention programs
* Provide an exceptional product to deliver to members
You Must
* Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
* Have management experience (essential)
* Be results driven
* Have experience managing staff and budgets
* Have a passion for health and fitness
* Have sales management experience
