* Participate in interview panels for various positions, including administrative and teaching roles.
* Provide expert advice on employment agreements and award conditions.
* Collaborate with internal teams on policy development and project management.
* Plan and deliver training sessions, inductions, and workshops.
* Develop strategies to attract and retain high-quality staff members.
* Pitch innovative ideas and proposals to improve HR service delivery.
* Conduct thorough investigations into workplace misconduct.
* Create return-to-work plans and provide support for employees with work-related injuries.
* Meet with staff members to discuss flexible work arrangements and challenging conversations.
* Work with managers to plan engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
