Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling a large volume of calls, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, and reporting to the E-Commerce Lead.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service.
* Assist with maintaining online platforms, handling web inquiries, and processing online orders.
* Professionally handle email and phone inquiries from new, existing, and potential customers across all communication channels.
* Proactively escalate technical issues or complex queries to the E-Commerce Sales Lead for resolution.
* Provide robust sales support to the national sales team, including accurate and timely order entry.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
About You
* Hold 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Manufacturing or Construction industries.
* Demonstrate expertise in interpreting hydraulic plans, house plans, and analyzing technical information with accuracy.
* Exhibit strong communication skills to engage directly with retail and industry customers.
* Show self-motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
