Aged Care Assistant Role
As an Aged Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older Australians in their homes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering exceptional care, and hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and domestic assistance
* Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
* Accompanying clients on community outings and appointments
* Monitoring health and wellbeing, and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities
Key qualifications for this role include a Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field, an Australian Driver's Licence, and reliable vehicle insurance.
Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check and an Aged Care Statutory Declaration.
