An exciting opportunity exists for Clinical Nurse Specialists to join our vibrant and supportive team environment at Darwin Private Hospital on our Rehab and Medical / Surgical Wards.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care.
2. Providing a standard of care according to the individual's level of experience and education, maintaining high-quality nursing care within a safe environment.
3. Developing and utilizing strategies that promote effective communication.
4. Working in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding care provision, fostering beneficial relationships.

Selection Criteria:
1. Current Registration with AHPRA.
2. Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
3. Ability to lead, supervise, manage, and support a team.
4. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
5. Post Graduate Certificate or working towards it.
If successful in this role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience, aligned with the current Healthscope and Darwin Private Hospital - Nurses and Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - 2021-2024 ($52.09 per hour) plus Superannuation.
