You'll work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of works.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations for NBN network buildsValidate existing pit and pipe networks and propose new installations where requiredMonitor subcontractor works and ensure compliance with standardsApprove claims and validate work completedManage assurance activities including audits and inspectionsCoordinate updates with internal and external stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForDegree or Diploma in EngineeringExperience in telecommunications or civil construction projectsKnowledge of FTTX networks and NBN standards is highly regardedStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and monitor qualityFamiliarity with safety processes and environmental complianceAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
