Australian Christian College (ACC) Moreton campus is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled String Teacher to establish and co‑teach a new Year 3 String Program. This role offers a chance to shape the foundations of a growing strings department within a vibrant, supportive school community.
Responsibilities
* Establish and co‑teach the Year 3 String Program, teaching beginner violin and cello in a group setting as part of a two‑tutor team.
* Inspire young musicians and foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues, contribute ideas to expand the program, and potentially progress to a multi‑day role (up to five days per week) as student participation grows.
Qualifications
* Willingness and ability to teach beginner violin and cello in a group setting; candidates without prior experience are encouraged if they have a strong desire to learn and develop their skills.
