About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Planning Lead to join our organisation.
This key leadership role will support strategic planning, performance reporting and business improvement functions.
As the Corporate Planning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, embedding and facilitating an integrated corporate planning framework.
You will drive strategic alignment, monitor performance and enable evidence-based decision making to ensure effective delivery of organisational objectives and community outcomes.
Regular travel is a requirement of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support strategic planning, performance reporting and business improvement functions
* Establish, embed and facilitate an integrated corporate planning framework
* Drive strategic alignment, monitor performance and enable evidence-based decision making
Requirements:
* Graduate qualification in business administration, law, human resources or related discipline and/or significant experience in integrated corporate planning
* Demonstrated knowledge of integrated strategy, planning and performance practices
* Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal and negotiating skills
* Ability to collaborate with leadership teams strategically and operationally
* Proven experience preparing reports for executive-level audiences
* Initiative and ability to manage time and workload effectively
