We are looking to introduce a Customer Service Manager to join us in our journey helping Australian home owners tackle their rising energy costs and go greener. Reporting directly to the GM Operations this role will provide you with the opportunity to reach your career goals in a company that is really making a difference.
**The Role**:
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations and rostering of the customer service team
- Continually coaching team members to maintain high CSAT and NPS scores
- Taking ownership of customer escalations and disputes through to resolution
- Owning Smart Energy's reputation on all customer-facing review platforms
- Helping to develop our LMS to train new team members to a consistently high standard
**About You**:
- Min. 1-2 years leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to work autonomously in a an environment of rapid growth
- Keen interest in process mapping and improvement
- Proficient in Google Workspace - bonus points for Sheets/Excel experience
